Gli aneurismi dell'aorta addominale rappresentano da sempre uno dei campi di maggior interesse. Negli ultimi anni l'affacciarsi e successivamente l'affermarsi di metodiche alternativa alla "classica" chirurgia tradizionale ha rinnovato l'entusiasmo per tale patologia.
