Che cosa è e da dove origina la spalla dolorosa? Dopo aver presentato le numerose incongruenze cliniche e scientifiche che demoliscono la patogenesi ufficiale (al di là di ogni ragionevole dubbio) viene illustrato il percorso fisiologico che porta alla degenerazione (tendinosi) ed alla lesione tendinea del sovraspinato. Segue esposizione sulla biologia e biochimica (generale) per arrivare alla patogenesi della "spalla dolorosa" che vede l'origine della patologia in una alterazione osmotica delle strutture anatomiche più vascolarizzate presenti al polo superiore dell'articolazione (borse e guaina tendinea). Individuata la causa viene presentata la terapia idonea al riequilibrio biochimico dei tessuti sofferenti mediante tecnica denominata "allineamento frizionato".
